Stick the tag in your dashboard cabinet, your desk drawer, your laptop bag, or even take it on a walk – anywhere you like! As long as your phone is nearby and running the CLEO360 app as an active gateway, you’ll see data pop up in the CLEO360 Portal.

It’s a fun, hands-on preview of how CLEO360 makes your operations visible in real time.

How to Set Up Your Tag & Try

Login to the portal at https://portal.cleo360.com/login
Download the CLEO360 app on your phone using the buttons below.
Login to the app once to setup the gateway functionality, login with your credentials and accept the privacy topics.
No need to further scan the tag, the app already works as a gateway now. Just make sure you allow the app to use location and send information.
Keep the app running on your device to act as a gateway.

How CLEO360 Works

CLEO360 Connect uses BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) tags to track assets like catering trolleys in real time.
With the CLEO360 mobile app and portal, you can:

View live location and movement
Monitor usage and idle time
Track operational steps like cleaning and handover
Report damage directly from the cabin

While this demo tag isn’t installed in a real trolley, it gives you a powerful look at the system’s full potential.
